Alverstone Manor was started by Sister Trish Adams as she felt there was a need for a personal home-away-from-home facility where one could grow old with dignity and enjoy personalised care. Sister Trish’s experience with caring for the elderly began with a small home catering for 5 elderly people in Waterfall, KwaZulu-Natal in 2008 and has now moved to a beautiful home in Alverstone, just outside Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal overlooking the Assagay Valley.
